This machine is complete, and in operating condition when it was removed form service. The catalog details a bowl capacity of 5 liters providing a typical batch size of 0.5-3kg. Air volume maximum 75 CFM at 85 deg. C. Typical drying temperature is 40-85 deg. C. Inlet temperature minimum set point is 25 deg. C and maximum set point is 100 deg. C. The unit is electrically heated and the system features single head peristaltic pump (pump head missing currently, can be easily supplied). The material of construction for the cabinet is stainless steel and the chambers are clear acrylic for easy viewing of the process. The machine weighs approx. 600 lbs, is portable. Electrical specifications 3/60/230V. The machine features an operator friendly HMI. Standard design includes one spray nozzle.
